Skool – the tufting and punch needle community

Tufting and punch needling are two of the most creative and relaxing hobbies. But getting started can be challenging – whether it's due to a lack of experience or a lack of inspiration. This is exactly where our community comes in!

At Tuftinglove, we believe in sharing our knowledge with you. We have plenty of tufting and punch needle instructions, tips and tricks on Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and our blog. But we wanted to do more, so we created our own community on Skool – a place for you to connect with like-minded people, get creative ideas and learn new skills.

What is the Skool Tufting and Punch Needle Community?

We have set up a community on Skool so that we not only have a place where we can all share these creative instructions with you, but also so that you can exchange ideas with each other. Skool is a platform that brings people with shared interests together, enabling everyone in our Tuftinglove community to exchange ideas. Here are some of the advantages:

  • Exchange ideas with other tufting and punch needle lovers
  • Access to creative ideas and inspiring projects
  • Exclusive content and instructions from Tuftinglove
  • Option to book the Tufting Online Workshop

How the Tuftinglove community works on Skool

The system behind Skool is very simple and there is no need to worry, because almost everything is free. Using Skool is straightforward and free in most areas. As soon as you have created an account, you can join the Tuftinglove community and have immediate access to all content – with the exception of the Tufting online workshop, which has to be booked separately.

Our community is set up like a virtual classroom where we can learn and be creative together. But we will only learn things here that we really enjoy. 🙂

Skool has five main areas to help you find your way around:

The Skool website is divided into five tabs

These tabs will help you find your way around Skool.

Community

Here you can share your own posts, ask questions or discover the latest updates from us. This is the heart of our community interaction. If you have a question or want to share something with others, this is the best place to do it. You can be sure that everyone in the community is just as enthusiastic about tufting as you are.

Classroom

This is where the so-called ‘lessons’ take place. In the Classroom you will find detailed instructions and creative inspiration. Whether it's a step-by-step guide for a pompom key fob or a punch needle embellishment for your tote bag, there are plenty of DIY ideas here! Of course, you can also book the Tufting Online Workshop here.

Members

This is our school class, so to speak. Here you can see who is part of our tufting and punch needle community. The member list shows you:

  • Who is currently online
  • A short description of the person
  • Their place of residence (if provided)

This makes it easy for you to find like-minded people and network with others!

Leaderboards

This is for the ambitious among you who have been getting stars stuck to their exercise books since primary school. For those who want to keep an eye on their progress, there are the leaderboards. Here you can see how active you are and what content you have already discovered. Perfect for long-term development!

About

Here we at Tuftinglove briefly introduce our tufting community and our channel. This way you can be sure that you haven't walked into the wrong room. The About tab gives you a brief and concise overview. This can be especially helpful at the beginning to get a rough idea of what to expect on our Skool channel.
